Real numbers from our current production, not marketing ranges. MOQ, sample costs, lead times, GSM, decoration methods and how to verify any supplier is a genuine factory.
Our MOQ starts at 5 pieces per style for most hoodies, tees and sets, and 10 pieces for structured outerwear like bomber and varsity jackets. One catalogue style starts at 100 pieces. Across our current 65-style catalogue the MOQ breakdown is: 5 pcs on 41 styles, 10 pcs on 18 styles, and 1–4 pcs on a handful of light-customisation items. The MOQ applies per style and per colourway, not per order, so a 3-colour drop at 5 pcs each means 15 pieces total.
Sample fees run US$25 to US$80 per piece depending on construction complexity — a printed tee sits at the low end, a lined satin varsity jacket at the high end. Most of our styles support 7-day sample lead time. Any sample fee already paid is deducted when you place the subsequent order. You approve fabric, fit, thread colour and placement on a physical sample before bulk is released.
7 days is the standard bulk lead time on 57 of our 65 styles counted from the next working day after order placement. More complex builds run 9 to 14 days, and one heavily constructed style runs 31 days. These are production days only and exclude shipping. Scheduling runs across 150 production machines, so repeat drops hold the same timeline.
Our catalogue runs from 180 GSM lightweight tees up to 480 GSM heavyweight fleece. The most common weights we produce are 200, 230, 240, 280, 300, 320, 380, 420 and 480 GSM. For streetwear hoodies, 380–480 GSM gives the boxy, structured drape most brands are after; 280–320 GSM suits year-round wear. We can match a reference garment's hand feel if you send us a physical sample.
Everything is produced under one roof. Our current catalogue uses: screen printing (17 styles), heat-transfer printing (16), puff printing (16), 3D embroidery (12), digital print / DTG (14), embossing (5), tie-dye (4), plus spray printing, pigment printing and discharge printing. We also run flat embroidery, appliqué, chenille patches and towel embroidery. A single garment can combine several methods because each is a station in our factory, not a separate vendor.
Published unit prices across our catalogue range from US$4.21 to US$30.00 FOB, driven by fabric weight, construction and decoration count. Price breaks apply at quantity tiers shown on each product page. Displayed prices are FOB. Confirm the named port and final quotation for your order. Freight is quoted separately.
Fair question — it is the single most common risk in sourcing apparel from China. Three things you can verify about us: we operate our own 4,140㎡ facility in Quanzhou, Fujian, we employ 120 staff across cutting, sewing, embroidery, printing, QC and packing, and we run 150 production machines on site. More practically: ask any supplier for a live video walk-through of the production line making your specific style, ask for the business licence and check the registered scope says manufacturing, and ask who the payment beneficiary is — a trading company often invoices under a different entity than the factory. We will do all three on request.
OEM means you supply the design, pattern or tech pack, and we handle pattern making, sampling, bulk production, decoration, QC and packing. You own the design. ODM means you start from one of our existing blocks, change the fabric, colourway, trims and artwork, and release it under your own label. ODM is faster and cheaper when you have no pattern of your own — typically 1–2 weeks shorter on development because the base block is already proven.
No. A tech pack speeds things up, but a reference garment, a sketch or even clear photos with your measurements is enough to begin. Our pattern team drafts the block from whatever you have, runs a first sample and adjusts fit from your feedback. If you do have a tech pack, send fabric spec, GSM, measurement chart with grading, artwork files at print size, placement map and trim details.
Yes, all in house. Custom woven labels, care labels, hang tags, zip pullers and poly bags are produced alongside the garment, so the finished piece carries your branding end to end. Many brands underestimate this — a generic neck label is what makes an otherwise good garment read as a blank.
We ship worldwide, with most volume going to the USA, UK, Europe, Australia, Canada and the Middle East. Displayed prices are FOB. Confirm the named port and final quotation for your order. Freight is quoted separately. We can work with your freight forwarder or arrange shipping ourselves.
Four core categories: hoodies and sweatshirts, jackets (MA-1 bomber, varsity, coach, anorak, puffer, satin souvenir, chore, trucker), T-shirts, and men's sets and tracksuits. We are a streetwear-focused factory rather than a general garment maker, which means our pattern library, fabric relationships and decoration capability are all built around boxy, heavyweight, graphic-led product.
